With the Mediterranean diet being recognized by Unesco, we know that it is important for us to share our knowledge in a welcoming atmosphere, where all of our best dishes are served at the dinner table.
The Apulian Temple has humble origins and started out with the Striano family who owned a pasta fresca shop that was passed down from father to son for three generations. In this shop, the Strianos made all kinds of traditional pasta from the Puglia region. After the death of the family patriarch Grandfather Armando, the family sold the business, however continued making fresh pasta for clients who did not want to give up our legendary products.
