This is one of my favorite starters, firstly because I love gorgonzola cheese and secondly because it looks great on the table and it takes less than 10 minutes to be prepared. Your friends will love it! Don’t forget to serve the cherry tomatoes on a lettuce leaf to decorate.

  • 200 gr gorgonzola cheese
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Cut the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces and mix it well with milk and Extra Virgin olive oil until it gets creamy.
Slot in the cherry tomatoes, ensuring you don’t cut them in two, and gently insert the Gorgonzola cream with the help of a little spoon. Finally serve on lettuce leaves to decorate.
