    Chiacchiere

It’s finally Carnival and, according to the Italian tradition, it’s also time to enjoy one of our best favorite recipe, the Chiacchiere! This is a typical dessert that is prepared all over Italy during the Carnival season, although its name can vary depending on the region (frappe, cenci, bugie, crostoli, etc.). They are very easy to prepare but, to ensure you can get the best result, it’s important to roll the dough very thin, so they will come out crispy and crunchy.

    Creamy Cherry Tomatoes

This is one of my favorite starters, firstly because I love gorgonzola cheese and secondly because it looks great on the table and it takes less than 10 minutes to be prepared. Your friends will love it! Don’t forget to serve the cherry tomatoes on a lettuce leaf to decorate.

    Orecchiette with Arrabbiata Sauce

The well known arrabbiata is a hot and spicy tomato sauce that is used in so many Italian dishes. Normally this sauce is served with penne pasta, but today we present you a recipe made with orecchiette, a typical pasta from Puglia, so called for its shape that reminds of a little ear.  Due to the small number of ingredients required, this sauce is pretty inexpensive and very quick to prepare. However its taste is indubitable. If you don’t believe it, let’s try it!
